默认登录重复创建账号问题

我们使用的CRMEB多店版系统，近期遇到重复创建账号问题。

具体详情：长时间未登录的老账号用户，再一次登录商城小程序的时候，会自动创建一个新的账号，用户退出登录，重新授权，账号就变为老账号，账号里面的内容显示就正常了。 下面展示一个问题用户  及其新生成的用户数据

想咨询下这个问题怎么解决。 强制手机号登录，以及微信开放平台账号都绑定了。还是存在这个问题。
