多店版2.4，配置完成，输入域名后进行安装向导，第一、二步没得问题，到第三步点击【创建数据库】，没有任何反映。

手动建立了数据库（删除install目录），之后访问域名 ，出现空白。
域名之后加 admin ,出现。
请问下可能是什么原因，数据库用的是mysql8,php7.4,完全按安装说明配置。
